Our Shipping Policy
We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process your order. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you’ll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you.
You should also factor in any import duties, VATs, or other taxes when picking up your package.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you placed it or the day after. It will take about 2-3 days to reach the shipping address. We offer free shipping within UK. It can take up to 1 week in Europe to reach shipping address and 4 weeks worldwide.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use several different shipping methods. More than one shipping method is available for certain items. Please be aware that not all shipping methods are available for all items. By clicking on the “Change” button in the “Shipping Methods” section of the “Final Order Review” page, you will be able to see a list of available shipping options. If a certain shipping method is not displayed, we regret that it is not available for that item.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
On our website we use PayPal payment gateway.
No PayPal account, No Worries!
You can still pay via credit/debit without a PayPal account. We still use PayPal for it’s security in processing but you don’t need to have an account to make payment. it’s super simple and safe for your piece of mind. We process credit cards via PayPal (PayPal won’t charge you any fees) and signing up for a PayPal account is now optional.

How do I place an Order?
Shopping at Wetburg is quick and easy. All products are in stock and ready for despatch unless otherwise stated.
Browse the shop by clicking on the product categories at the top of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.
When you find a product you want to buy, click the “Add to basket” button to add it to your basket. The item will now be shown in your shopping basket on the right top of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that all prices include VAT.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
Go to My Account to cancel order or if order processed contact us. If order shipped you can return it. Read how to return product.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register for a account in order to place an order. Although we allow customers to checkout without creating an account, it is recommended so you can track your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order go to Order Tracking. All you need are order ID and billing email.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How Can I Return a Product?
